Legal
Terms of Use
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of getpublicsignal.com (the “site”), operated by Public Signal (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only, not professional advice
The site, including our blog and guides, is for general information about government sales and AI. It is not legal, procurement, financial, or compliance advice. Procurement rules vary by agency and jurisdiction, so check the requirements that apply to you.
The dashboard demo uses sample data
The “View my dashboard” demo on our homepage is an illustration. Its agencies, signals, scores, metrics, and drafts are sample data. They are not real findings about any agency or company, and they do not describe any actual buying activity.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to help teams find better opportunities and win more business, but we do not guarantee any particular result, including contracts, revenue, win rates, or response times.
Our services
Training, command center builds, sandboxes, and other client work are governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.
Third-party names, logos, and links
Company and product names and logos shown on the site (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta AI, Grok, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, monday.com, and SharePoint) are trademarks of their respective owners. We show them to identify tools that teams commonly use. Showing them does not mean we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, or that a working integration exists. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our content
The site’s content, design, graphics (including our logo and our mascot, Ping), and code belong to Public Signal or its licensors. You may view and share links to it for personal and internal business purposes. Please do not copy, republish, or scrape it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with the site or its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it with automated tools, or misrepresent your identity.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Public Signal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
